David Wesley I have been using this gym for almost a decade (I think) and always find it a great place to work out. You do need to plan your visit as it can be difficult to get on a machine or bench at peak times of course. The recent changes are mostly good with new machines and squat racks as well as finally getting rid of that annoying punch bag that did my head in! I would like to see the old metal squat rack return as it was very good for incline bench and Seated press whereas the new ones are a bit difficult for these specific excersises. Overall a fantastic gym that I am happy to be a member of.

Vikkiee Bennett This facility in the hotel in open until 10pm. We cant fault this pool, when we went we were the only people in there so had the whole place to ourselves. The pool is shallow enough to touch the floor at both ends so much safer for children & nonswimmers like myself. The hottub was lovely too, only downside is the staff have to turn it on from behind their desk so you may have to wait until they see you in there or go find someone. The Sauna & Steamroom also really great. At the time we visited, the showers in the changing rooms had no hot water buy we simply showered on our rooms before & after instead, complimentary towels are always offered to hotel guests, simply ask at reception.

Arran Mehtam Thank you to Dom and his friends who made me feel so welcome at this lovely gym. Always someone there to spot me when needed and everybody is so nice and friendly. Machines are good and shower facilities also good. Nice water too. Love the Isle of White because of places like this and one day I will live here permanently for a while. For now though I return to Birmingham. Cheers guys look forwards to seeing you again whenever that is.
