Verity Fuller Semtex is an amazing Muay Thai gym. As a female joining a male dominated sport can be so daunting, but I felt welcome at Semtex from day one. Never did I think I’d be fighting at interclubs but Steve and Damo have given me such confidence and I love fighting now. Would recommend to anyone looking at doing a martial art, whether it’s just for fitness, learning a new skill or to get into the fight scene. Could not be prouder to be part of the Semtex family.

Vani S Loved everything about this place! The coffee bar serves amazing coffee, classes are very well structured, and every workout is planned to perfection. The gym has all the equipment and accessories you could ever need. The toilets and showers feel absolutely 5-star. The coaches are highly trained, supportive, and the wellness room is wonderful. The community here is so helpful and full of positive energy! It’s been one year, I have seen my body getting better for good in all sense. This is my happy n peace place!

Claire Tyrrell App great. Easy to use. Lots of equipment so dont seem to have to wait. Sometimes there is a delay when trying to.access a location other than home location. Clean throughout. Everyone respectful.

Neil McGuirk My young son and I have been training here for a little over 2 years now. Having trained with many different clubs both in the UK and Australia I would say that this is one of the best around. Its a great club, with great instructors, which is safe for one and all. Though a little hard to find the first time, so heres a photo of the entrance... Down the alleyway, turn left, then turn right and go downstairs.

Claire Whyley Vida is the best gym I’ve ever joined! I’ve never laughed so much while exercising before! The range of classes is brilliant, they’re suitable for all levels, but most importantly they’re really enjoyable so it never feels like a chore. The whole atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming, supportive of very one’s goals, and generally just a happy place to be ♥️
