She has an amazing teach style and provides various options for each movement depending on your ability. I have noticed a difference in only a few sessions. Looking forward to continuing my pilates journey with Aimee and getting even stronger.

5 /5 Lucy: I love my Pilates sessions with Aimee! They have really helped with my flexibility, strength and wellbeing. My lower back feels so much stronger since starting Pilates, which is amazing. Aimee is such a brilliant teacher - she is calm and knowledgeable, always adapting lessons to meet all abilities in the class. She explains and demonstrates every movement very clearly. Her 1:1 mat and reformer sessions are also excellent. I highly recommend!

Having not exercised for many years I was a little apprehensive, however this class was great for me because it started from the very basics of Pilates and built up slowly. I am now in the mixed ability class and have made lots of progress since I started. Aimee is lovely, her lessons are thoroughly planned with options for varying levels of ability. At the beginning of each class Aimee checks if everyone is ok and if we have any aches of pains. I would highly recommend Aimee’s Pilates classes, I love going each week and feel so much better for doing it.

5 /5 Julie Cairns: Pilates has always been a bit hit and miss for me but have really enjoyed Aimee’s classes, which I have now been doing for 8 months. She takes time to explain movements, tailoring them to everyone’s needs and abilities, which I found really encouraging in the beginning and now push myself to do the more challenging moves. I have really started to notice a difference, especially in my flexibility and balance. A great tonic after sitting in front of a computer all day.
