Stephen Tucker Been a member three months now, and I was initially skeptcal due to some Google reviews. Overall, the gym is mostly always busy, but patrons are polite and usually move on quickly. Equipment frees up relatively speedily. Machines and equipment is in good condition. Staff are friendly on reception. For the price point and location, I’m extremely happpy.

Nels P Great gym. Been coming just over a year and can say that I am thoroughly enjoying it. Would be good to have a bigger space so there is more access to facilities but overall, it works for what my goals and what I want to achieve. Staff are always great and helpful also.

Sophie Jupp-cockill Love the discovery box! All the products are amazing. The smell of the rejuvenating cream and the feel of the hand and face oil is just dreamy. The natural ingredients are working wonders with my skin. I previously suffered from hormonal breakouts with an oily skin type, the Feonix Naturals products have reduced my breakouts by a huge amount. I only get the odd blemish here and there now. My skin looks brighter, fresher complexion and generally feels healthier. The box was beautifully packaged with all natural packaging. The bottles, amber glass with simple labelling, giving the clean and natural appearance that these products boast. I would highly recommend to anyone who is suffering with their skin, or just anyone who likes knowing they’re putting toxin free products on their face and bodies!

Francesca E This studio is extraordinary. Not only is the teaching brilliant and incredibly skilled, but the atmosphere is warm, friendly and genuinely delightful. The classes are perfectly pitched to ensure that every participant gets the right level of safe yet stretching workout, regardless of their experience or fitness level. The teachers are kind, supportive and generous with their insights. Particular shout out to Ceci who is not only a brilliant class leader but a genius rehab specialist who is able to get results that Ive never seen anywhere else.

Jodie Banaszkiewicz Christian is a brilliant trainer and I absolutely love his Kettlebells classes. They’re suitable for beginners through to experts, and he always makes everyone feel welcome. The classes are great fun and always attract a nice friendly group of people too. Each class is different so you always feel like you’re doing a different carefully thought-out workout. I especially love his outdoor classes on Hove beach when the weather is good - nothing beats working out in the fresh air with a view of the sea! Would highly recommend!

Emiliya Sim I started training with a personal trainer in 2013 and have worked with two different PTs over the past 11 years. My initial goal was to lose weight, get into a regular exercise routine, build strength, and maintain my fitness levels over time. Since October 2024, I’ve been training with Chris at Fiit Studio, and he has completely transformed both my body and my understanding of what it means to be fit and strong—especially as you get older. While weight loss was not my main objective, I’ve not only slimmed down but also become noticeably more toned, much stronger, and far more mindful about my nutrition. Training with Chris requires discipline, consistency, and commitment, but his guidance makes the journey both effective and rewarding. He has an exceptional ability to design the right programme at the right time, knowing exactly when and how to increase weights to push me further without risk. His deep knowledge of nutrition, combined with his firm but encouraging coaching style (sometimes like a headmaster!), has helped me make lasting improvements to my lifestyle. His constant reminders about the benefits of movement and walking really do pay off. Most recently, I successfully climbed a mountain of almost 4,000 metres—an achievement I can confidently say would not have been possible without the strength and endurance I built under Chris’s training, particularly in my core and legs. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough as a personal trainer. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping his clients achieve their goals and sustain long-term health.
