Andrea Eastwood This really is a fantastic group to be a part of. Every training session on a Tuesday and Thursday evening is Fun, Energetic and I get so much out of it every time. The coaches are friendly, welcoming and really engage with each person, no matter what your fitness level there is something for everyone at this great group!

Kate L Joining Swimming Nature has been the best decision we’ve made and I wish we’d signed up sooner! My daughter is on a swimming team and needed some 1:1 help with technique. The progress she’s made has been incredible thanks to Thomas! She also loves coming so much, that she says she wants to get back in the pool after the lesson is over.

And her 80s event was so much fun, who knew we could sing and workout at the same time, under a disco ball! What a treat. Thoroughly recommend.

The classes are well organised and split by age, which makes it feel very safe. We travel from Chingford area and it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Supreme Boxing Club to any parents looking for a great martial arts club.

Ellie Jade I’ve gone to lots of Pilates studios and have never loved one more than this one. So clean, new and nice. Stephen is the most incredible instructor - providing amazing instructions and really pushing all of us. The best Pilates teacher out there!
