Joseph Smith recently attended a yoga class at triyoga, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The instructor had a welcoming atmosphere, guiding us through each pose with clear, encouraging instructions that catered to both beginners and seasoned yogis. The flow of the class was perfectly paced, blending strength-building poses with deep stretches and mindful breathing, leaving me feeling both energized and relaxed. Lastly team at reception always so welcoming and helpful. Just a great place to be!

Jacek Geisler Met Benny in Leeds at one of his Muay Thai events and took part in his session. It was a quality one and I realised how knowledgeable, professional and down to earth he is. Have been following his social media since then and getting inspired by his content. He helped me with some mindset shifts recently as well. Alireza Fard What a dojo! Fantastic head instructor and amazing people. This place is a Must visit if you are in London and want to get some training. I had a session with Arya, beside his great personality, his way of teaching is really awesome. He breaks things down so its easy to follow and understand, also gives fantastic details to adjust the techniques. I highly recommend Pure JiuJitsu.

The grounds are well maintained, and there’s a good range of sports and activities available for all ages. It’s a great place for fitness, training, and community sports. Gutter Cleaning London Me and some of my workers have been going to Fit Tec for over a year now and I can honestly say its a very good gym. I have been to many gyms where it feels confrontational with other members and uncomfortable. Everyone in the gym are friendly and the staff are very helpful and happy to help anytime. Im not one for leaving reviews but owning a business myself I only think its fair. Well done guys keep up the good work!
