Michelle Grimley I had a wonderful Indian head, neck and back massage followed by a deeply relaxing face massage with Monika this weekend. The combination of the two massages was the perfect way to relax. I found the treatments both restorative and rejuvenating.

Tyler Bramble I’ve been taking classes at the studio for about 18 months now and I’m really enjoying it. The instructors are supportive, patient and friendly. When I first joined, my upper body and core strength were basically non-existent so the beginners course was challenging, but also really fun and rewarding. Fast forward to now, and I’m still having a great time. Alex, in particular, is a fantastic instructor. She’s engaging, encouraging and great at getting you to try things outside your comfort zone in a safe, judgment-free environment. I’m pretty uncoordinated, but Alex has never made me feel silly for mixing up my left from my right. I’ve taken a few different classes and the other students have always been friendly and supportive. I’d definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to get into pole!

Marc Lawler Sr Been to a few childrens birthday parties here. The big hall was nice, especially the bouncy castle obstacle course. The entrance gate is tricky to find, and the parking is no fun. Inside reception areas are a bit dingy, but staff were helpful.

Jourdan I’m the owner of Mamba Boxing Club in Milford, Connecticut USA dedicated to Roger Mayweather. I know Ashley from the years watching him train when I would visit Roger to get coached by him. He’s one of the most stand up people you will ever meet. Champions aren’t made they say, they are born. Ashley has the heart and soul of a champion and the skill to go along with it. He knows what it is to be in the square circle and his gym in the UK is dedicated to helping kids achieve their dreams in and outside the ring. If you are in the area or even within 100’s of miles it’s a great place to learn the sport inside out, and for the UK you will get a taste of midwestern style boxing which is something anyone who trained in the Mayweather camp learned and Ashley was one of the best of them to learn it directly from Floyd himself. Check this place out, you won’t regret it!

Z s. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Me and my friend have been doing Pilates with Sahar since 2023, and honestly, she’s amazing. Since training with her, my body has never felt better. We’ve also been training with the lovely Mandy. I love how every session is beautifully tailored to us, push our limits and hands on when need to correct our form. Being in a small class really allows sahar and Mandy to fully focus on us and correct us when needed. Every session is full of new workouts and knowledge. They both create such a friendly, calm and fun atmosphere. We always end up having a good laugh. I’m always looking forward for Pilates officially in love with it Couldn’t recommend them more!
