5 /5 Omar Kadhim: The space: above ground, full of natural light, wood everywhere, spotless, spacious and nicely scented. Obvious until you consider most gyms and studios in London are underground, full of neons, a bit smelly and generally dank - even the premium ones.
If you’re here for yoga, the space adds so much to the experience, before the class starts.
Classes here can vary in style, pace and of course quality. This is a reality anywhere as yoga is very individual. I’ve been coming here for years now, and I’d say that overall the teachers here are a cut above average studios from technique experience and overall polish.
Plus, most teachers have consistently come here for years and are authentic and invested. So when you subscribe here you do feel like you get personalised treatment and continuous progression. Same goes for front desk staff.
It’s not inexpensive, but they do offer regular free community and cancer related classes. On the other hand, if you do yoga a few days a week (or even month) the value is excellent when you consider the space, free tea, spotless showers and towels and the community either side of the classes.
