Cindy A Lee I recently joined and after my first week, I’m really pleased with the experience so far. The induction in the gym with Alena was especially helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the whole place feel welcoming from the start. The gym itself is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable to train in. There’s a good variety of machines and plenty of space, which makes workouts feel smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s been a great start.

Zeshun Very interesting place. Equipment was not riped and there was no waiting queue. Did not overcharge us ÂŁ12 and was very nice experience. The staff was kind especially "manger" Jade. Arms were not crossed and no eye rolling. Food was good I guess and not burnt. Free socks how nice. Loved it will visit it soon. The 1.2M wasnt that bad. The laser tag was fun and delightful. I loved the ninja maze it made me feel happy. Free fall was calm. Bit too small.

Rachel Pye I did the 6 week starter course, and have continued with a monthly subscription, and Im so glad I did. I have found the structure of the sessions really helps keep me coming - the small groups working on the same programme with a trainer means youre supported, and can see your improvement. Im stronger, fitter and have way more energy. Everyone is friendly and interesting. Whats not to love??
