5 /5 Rachel Pye: I did the 6 week starter course, and have continued with a monthly subscription, and Im so glad I did. I have found the structure of the sessions really helps keep me coming - the small groups working on the same programme with a trainer means youre supported, and can see your improvement. Im stronger, fitter and have way more energy. Everyone is friendly and interesting. Whats not to love??
5 /5 Lindsay Stephen: Having joined Cathrin and the group at “At Your Peak” earlier in the summer I haven’t looked back! I started with the six week Kickstarter programme and am now a monthly member! The ethos and whole approach of the gym is one of inclusion, support and meaningful changes to your lifestyle so you can be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself!
The nutritional support and guidance for Cathrin has helped me make more mindful choices and be more aware of the food I’m consuming to break to stigma of “good” and “bad” foods but to focus on the best nutrition. The classes are small which allows great support from the trainers so you can get the most out of each workout and also progress within each class. As for the other members - a fantastic group of women who have a laugh and a chat whilst we are there! I couldn’t recommend more!

Classes are well structured for all fitness levels, classes are at convenient times throughout the day and easy to manage and book. I really like the coaching app too, it really helped me to make better nutritional choices and track my progress. Cathrin provides personalised feedback and steers you towards a more mindful approach to both mental and physical wellbeing by encouraging you to focus on both personal and physical accomplishments no matter how small. Over and above all of this, At Your Peak has a real community feel about it too, which is one of the bigger perks for me.

As a working women and having never engaged in gym activities, I was quite apprehensive about starting strength training. However, from the very session Cathrin and of course other coaches have been incredibly approachable, warm and encouraging which put me at ease making it easier for me to commit to my fitness journey. In particular I appreciate the tailored training programs to suit individual’s specific needs and fitness level. This ensured that I progress at a comfortable pace without feeling overwhelmed and at the same time constantly challenge myself. I am glad I made the choice of joining At Your Peak gym and quite thankful to the team for supporting me in my fitness journey!
Kaz S Uyen is absolutely wonderful! I have been seeing her for the last 5 weeks and I have noticed a huge difference in myself. I often feel stressed & tense, but Uyens methods have worked amazingly for me. I feel so at ease after each session, she has a wonderful aura. I had a private lesson with Uyen and worked on reducing the weight of negative emotions. We focused on being more grounded and did some yoga poses to assist with this. We also did a guided meditation. I genuinely felt so uplifted after the session, I felt present and so calm afterwards - it is the first time Ive felt that way. I highly recommend Uyen, she is so brilliant and I always look forward to our future sessions. Thank you so much! Kaz x
M Sulaj Training with Nemesis has been amazing for our daughter. She has learned so much in a short time and feels proud of the progress she’s made. Thanks to the support and dedication of Peter and the whole team we can really see her skills and confidence grow. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Ben Campbell Ben is a really great personal trainer. He has helped me to push my fitness to levels I had never before achieved in a couple of months. The plans are an excellent system to mark out workouts and show improvements.

I absolutely love the classes and instructors here! Sophie and Callum cycling sessions are fun and energised. Patricks yoga classes are simply perfect for relaxation and flexibility. Joes Burning workouts leave me felling accomplished. Sams Strength classes are perfect for building power. Tawheeds Lifting sessions are top-notch for technique. And of course Peters Running Club is fantastic for improving endurance #lovemondays.
The variety and quality of classes keeps me coming back every week. This gym is such an important part of my routine and community - I honestly never want it to close!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for great workouts and an amazing atmosphere.
Lorena Rodrigo - Yoga, Meditation & Sound An Oasis of calm, peace and tranquility. Wonderful teachers, lots of yoga classes in many different styles. I regularly facilitate Sound Baths at Yoga Reading and the place is welcoming, spacious and airy with lots of free parking. Highly recommended.
