Many people plan their routines around this centre, especially during the holidays, and turning up to find it closed without prior warning is extremely frustrating. A simple message, email, app notification, or notice at the entrance would have made a big difference.
Closing for several days without informing members shows a lack of consideration for paying customers. Better communication and transparency are essential, especially from a professional organisation like Everyone Active.
I hope this is taken seriously and improved going forward.
