Karen Hey Another swim for all session with my 4 year old grandson. Learner pool is the perfect depth. Usually very quiet and didnt need to prebook. Showers hot, changing rooms clean, hairdryers work. Staff were helpful as I didnt have a ÂŁ1 coin so they looked around for a token to lend to me as the reception is cashless.

H Limbada This gym makes me feel at home, the atmosphere, the aesthetics, the equipment is perfection. Im not particularly muscular myself and this is a bodybuilding gym but I feel comfortable here, no anxiety, everyone is respectful to each other and respectful to the gym. The staff are lovely, the food is delicious, they only have the best equipment.

Ines Lopes I started chiropractic sessions in the London Wellness Clinic around week 28 of my pregnancy due to pain in my lower back and tailbone, which worsened after sitting for long periods (particularly during travel or at the office). I had an initial session with Dr. Edwards, who assessed me, performed a correction on the same day, discussed a treatment plan, and recommended some exercises I could do at home. To be completely honest, I never expected the pain to go away entirely, since pregnancy is constantly evolving and the baby continues to grow. However, Dr. Edwards explained that I should see significant improvement within just a few sessions. I noticed a difference from the very first session, and after just two or three sessions, the tailbone pain had completely disappeared. Dr. Edwards was consistently professional, clearly explaining the causes of my discomfort and adapting each session to reflect the changes in my body, ranging from addressing tailbone pain to preparing the hips and pelvis for birth. I always leave our sessions impressed by his deep knowledge of the human body. I would highly recommend chiropractic care during pregnancy. Dr. Edwards and the London Wellness Clinic have been fantastic. Scheduling appointments is very easy, and rescheduling ( when needed) has always been smooth. Ive never had any issues. Im now 38 weeks and considering continuing with the adjustments even post birth as I had such a positive experience.

Faran Siddiqui I live near 5 min walk this gym is really close to my house so it is convenient to come any time and enjoy the exercise the app is working really good they have mostly all the gym equipment from cardio to pec fly to many more equipments I visited just now it is really quite after 10 clock night time I enjoyed the workout and it is 24hrs open it is best things they have separate studio for exercise and PT ROOM and vending machine weight machine changing room really good experience thanks I have posted the equipments pictures for reference and gym photos for anyone new who want to see what they have they have all gym equipments.
