Rachel Wood Bounce is a really fun way to get exercise in to your day - 1hr, lots of calories burned, done! I took my boyfriend along and he loved it too! I like the venue, so cool and vintage! And the lights in the room feels like a disco. Tunes are great as well!

Mike Roberts I have been a member of Wave for a few years ( I live in Telscombe Cliffs) it means you can use Lewes leisure centre and others. They have spent a lot of money updating and increasing the size of the gym ( more than doubled) with new equipment and it’s a huge improvement. The gym staff like Aaron are very helpful and supportive. Yes there is an influx of kids from the nearby school after 3.30 pm but I’ve never had a problem with them. Lots of classes and activities in the other areas.

Sharon Stone I started coming to Thrive in January when my PT, Jake, joined there. Luke and his team are really welcoming and know their stuff. Jake is a great PT, and has helped me get over injuries as well as build my strength and fitness - for the first time in years I enjoy the gym.
