4 /5 Mike Roberts: I have been a member of Wave for a few years ( I live in Telscombe Cliffs) it means you can use Lewes leisure centre and others. They have spent a lot of money updating and increasing the size of the gym ( more than doubled) with new equipment and it’s a huge improvement. The gym staff like Aaron are very helpful and supportive. Yes there is an influx of kids from the nearby school after 3.30 pm but I’ve never had a problem with them. Lots of classes and activities in the other areas.

4 /5 Ross O.: Owned by a not for profit group (Wave Leisure). Clean and tidy facilities. The gym isnt massive but has all the machines/weights you would need for resistance or aerobic training. Just plan your visit to avoid the rush hour before and after work. Good value overall. The staff are friendly and helpful.

1 /5 Jisha George: I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my friends and I received at Peacehaven Leisure Centre We had booked Court 1 for playing badminton, as it was the most convenient option for us since we had children with us who could watch from outside through the glass. However, despite the court being free, we were denied access to it. When we requested consideration due to having kids with us, the staff not only ignored our request but also responded rudely. Specifically, we had an unpleasant experience with two staff members, kristy and Emma. Their behavior was unprofessional and unfriendly. On a previous visit, my friend asked them a question, and they ignored it, then laughed while looking at us, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. We have visited many other leisure centres, and usually, staff members are welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. While I understand that policies must be followed, basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained.
