Kristina Bignon Me and my baby enjoy Lauren’s yoga classes so much. Lauren is a great teacher with a lovely sense of humour, which makes you feel like you have known her forever! The atmosphere is ultra relaxed and we also like the sensory extras (toys, dimmed lights and safe electric candles) suitable for all ages.

Tim Swinton Caroline is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had by far. She’s professional, warm and kind and takes infinite trouble on an individual basis in her classes. Pilates is all about exact posture during exercises and she always goes the extra mile to make sure that’s what everyone is doing. She is particularly good at dealing with your back pain. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Dunn Chris (cyclist.chris) Good value leisure centre. Swimming and changing facilities are excellent. Gym is well equipped, but often a few pieces of equipment in mess of repair. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good parking and nice coffee bar.

christina gregory Veni is a great Pilates instructor. From the very first class, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She explains each movement with clarity, while also offering modifications for those with injuries, allowing everyone to participate and progress at their own pace. No two classes feel the same, which keeps things exciting and challenging.

Reformer Ritual Finchley Road -

Rating: 4.4 /5
Sharaf Hijazin Finally, a reformer studio where you don’t have to choose between convenience, luxury, and location. I’ve tried almost every reformer studio in the area, and I stumbled upon this one a few weeks ago - what a difference. First, the class timings - which is probably one of the most important factors for me: there’s a class every single hour, which means I can pick a session on the day depending on work and life. At other studios, I always had to plan my schedule around limited time slots or specific instructors, and it made being consistent nearly impossible. Here, the flexibility has genuinely helped me keep at it. Second, the virtual-led classes: I wasn’t sure what to expect because this is such a new concept, but they’re actually one of my favourite features. The instructions are incredibly clear, consistent, and never dependent on an instructor’s mood or energy. It creates a calm, focused, no-judgment environment where I can just switch off and feel productive. Other studios in the area and tend to do a lot on marketing their instructors but when we actually come to the class, the instructors appear uninterested. Third, the studio itself and facilities: it’s modern, luxurious, spotless, and designed in a way that makes you disconnect from work and the outside world as soon as you step in. The people it attracts are kind and supportive, and it already feels like a little community. And finally, the location: our area desperately needed something like this. A clean, professional, reasonably priced reformer studio that’s local, accessible, and flexible enough to fit around real life - plus a place where you genuinely feel welcome. Couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you for opening here!

Che Kumar Incredible stadium, modern and plenty to experience. Microbrewery on site and great views from our seats. Acoustics were fantastic too.
