5 /5 R B: I have been working with Caroline as part of a group for nearly a year. I had limited experience prior to signing up. The journey has been interesting, there are definitely many benefits to incorporating Pilates regularly into your life. Caroline is very knowledgeable and skilled at relaying this to us in every session, no two sessions are exactly the same and over the course of a few weeks you do a wide variety of exercises. Caroline explains and demonstrates the exercises with options regarding intensity and then checks they are being done correctly, adjusting and challenging individuals as required. The classes are fun and friendly, just bring your mat and dress appropriately, everything else is provided.
