1 /5 Kingdom Soul: Worst experience I’ve ever had, we try to book a court at 8:50, courts are blocked off, so we can, the useless reception girl answers with “yes?” Amazing customer service , after confirming if this is the Osterley Center I asked can we come in and pay because the courts are booked. She says yes. Brilliant , get to the center at 9pm to play for 9, no one there, waited a few mins and then went in. At 9:20 the useless girl comes to us and asks us to pay. I say to her no one was at reception, I’ve never been able to pay quickly , there is always delay. After that I say can she wait for us to finish and we will come out and play, we are regular bookers after all. She says she’s cashing up now which at this point. Is 9:45. I say out of curiosity she should wait and when we came in NO ONE is at reception and this is NOT the first time. This is a constant issue , despite constantly calling for someone no one is there. She refutes this and says we need to pay now, we decided to leave very upset and frustrated and this useless person who can’t even talk on the phone, has no clue what she’s doing and has no understanding of customer service. Horrid experience !
