Johime Lee I went for a trial class in early August while on a business trip to London and really enjoyed my session, led by the cheerful but infatigable Trainer Shelly. The location at Parliament Hill is expansive and great for the type of workout BMF is advocating: HIIT with a lot of running. I was introduced the relentless sets of functional exercises you do with a partner along with running in tandem with your partner and a sandbag, which lasted about an hour. But dont be put off by the "intensity" of the workout. Newcomers are introduced to the bib system (you get assigned a bib depending the your level of fitness and fitness goals) and are paired up with a partner of the same coloured bib so that you exercise in lock-step at the correct pace. I fully recommend BMF and particularly the Hampstead set to anyone in the area or visiting to get a good sweat out, as the trainer and the community were very welcoming and the location is excellent (just beware you dont lie down in some dog poop when you do your situps). Looking forward to re-joining for a session when Im back in that necks of the woods again! Thank you.

Marianna Zavedeeva One of the cleanest Pure Gums I’ve visited. Sadly there is limited opening hours, but there are lots of treadmills, weight zone, CrossFit zone, studio. Enough space for demand. 5 starts if compare with other pure gyms in the area.
