Asli Guner Paul I joined FitOne in Jan 2025 and for the first time I found a gym which is suitable for my schedule with their every hour options. The trainers are very friendly and sympathetic to your needs and special conditions. They really encourage you and strike a nice balance to find your better self and respecting your conditions. For the first time in my life I managed to introduce exercise to my life in a sustainable way. Extremely recommended!

Alireza Fard What a dojo! Fantastic head instructor and amazing people. This place is a Must visit if you are in London and want to get some training. I had a session with Arya, beside his great personality, his way of teaching is really awesome. He breaks things down so its easy to follow and understand, also gives fantastic details to adjust the techniques. I highly recommend Pure JiuJitsu.

Chris Ratcliffe The gym staff here are outstanding. I would like to single out Ula in particular who, after I injured my knee, put me on a special programme. Weeks later I attended a physio at the hospital who said I was on the road to recovery. Full marks to her. Pity about the state of the pool.
