Daisy Scalci I did Tamsin Coxs reformer pilates class and loved it. Tamsin is a terrific instructor who offered a great flow tailored to the mixed abilities of the group. She was super-clear and easy to follow with a lovely, warm manner. Will definitely go again

Lawrence Brexler Third update since my first review. Pros: staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of cardio machines Wide range of weight machines Everything is clean and maintained Spa area is nice and well kept Dumbbells and machines are well ordered Cons: I previously took issue with peak, but this has become less of an issue lately so not a con at all! Fellow gym user etiquette was an issue but has got lots lots better, weights put back, and the gym supply cleaning equipment. Fantastic!

Max Wayman This gym is a hidden gem. Quiet at the right times with stunning sunset views of the City. In many ways it feels more exclusive than the subterranean luxe gyms nearby that cost 10 x more and are 10 x busier. No frills, but I live 2 minutes away, so don’t need a towel and luxe showers. Very friendly and helpful staff - they are all lovely. Luca the PT is a top tier trainer and a credit to the gym.
