Simon Wilson Ive been a member with The Yard since I moved to the area in 2017 and cannot even consider leaving such a brilliant gym. All the coaches and members foster an incredible atmosphere and togetherness while also being considerate to people and charities of the local community. Ive brought my wife into Crank life and I can see a day where our daughter trains here too- these guys and ladies here really are the best.

Nina Deiana I absolutely love coming to Club Pilates Bankside. The Reformer classes are the highlight of my week, and the instructors are truly exceptional, knowledgeable, motivating, and always attentive. The entire staff is fantastic, and the warm, friendly atmosphere makes every session inspiring and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Peter Cowie Hot Pod Yoga Elephant & Castle is so good! The teachers are amazing—really helpful and they make everything easy to understand and follow, even if you’re not super experienced. Charl is especially welcoming and helpful and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. It’s always a great class and such a brilliant addition to my workout routine. I’d definitely recommend it!

Karen Hey Another swim for all session with my 4 year old grandson. Learner pool is the perfect depth. Usually very quiet and didnt need to prebook. Showers hot, changing rooms clean, hairdryers work. Staff were helpful as I didnt have a £1 coin so they looked around for a token to lend to me as the reception is cashless.

Mike PureGym Lewisham has a great vibe and everything you need for a solid workout. The PTs are friendly, helpful, and always make you feel welcome. A massive shout out to George Fenlon the assistant manager, who has been working his socks off. He’s kept the gym running smoothly. It’s clear that PureGym Lewisham is running as well as it is purely because of George’s hard work and dedication. Regional management and HR really need to recognise that , he’s going above and beyond what’s expected to keep members happy and the gym flowing. If HR are reading this, Give that man a raise. He’s earned it!

Ed Ratnatunga Stuart, Joseph and the whole team have been excellent throughout my time at Sound. Theyre knowledgable, friendly and push you to reach your goals. The equipment is fantastic and you can get into a wide range of exercises. I did the the 6 week body transformation and it left me feeling so much stronger and more confident. They took care around my shoulder and back and we worked together to strengthen around past injuries. Cant recommend enough!
