Victoria Duguid I have been having lessons with Helen for 7 months, she is always very encouraging and enthusiastic. My back pain is now nearly non existent, which is fantastic given it was near constant prior to doing Pilates. Before we started, she spoke to my physio, which was very reassuring. Helen gives me pointers as to what to practice in between lessons to keep strengthening my muscles and improving my posture. Thanks Helen!

Maria Treadwell A wonderful party that was organised so well by the staff. All of the staff worked hard and were in good spirits for my daughter’s 5th birthday party. The venue is great, with excellent facilities. Children’s food was good and we were impressed with the adult food platters. No complaints at all, other parents commented how well organised this party was. Thank you to Isla and her team for a wonderful party!

Veg Rae This gym is the best. Worth every penny and I highly recommend the Blaze class on a monday morning at 6.15 is Issah Akoh- mensah. This is hands down best class and being a titled Boxer Issah is very motivating. The class is always full because everyone agrees that he motivates us and im happy with my improvement. Bonita Guntrip I have been to several Restorative Yoga classes at Karma Studios, taught by Caroline, the owner. These classes are monthly, on a Friday evening and are a truly wonderful way to end your week. I would not hesitate to recommend Caroline and Karma Studios to anyone. The studio set up is lovely and Caroline is warm, welcoming and great with all abilities.

Josh Anthony Jamies Gymnastics Academy is simply excellent. The classes provided are great for children of all ages and levels. Id highly recommend.
