Mark Gilmour I am really glad I didn’t choose an online coach, Massimo has been really eye opening and has improved my understanding of what I need to do and how it needs to be done. Having let my fitness go over the past few years with sporadic attempts to go to the gym etc I am thoroughly enjoying what is quite a challenge to get my strength and mobility to a really good place and it is different to how I assumed it would be.
