5 /5 Hayley: Ive been going to Empowered Gyms for about a year now and could not be happier with it! I have never enjoyed going to a gym before, but all the staff are so friendly and genuinely helpful. Cannot recommend Chris and the team highly enough!

5 /5 Georgia: I decided to try out a yoga class at empowered as I was feeling super stressed. I felt absolutely amazing afterwards, the teacher was fantastic and made me feel so welcome as did all the gym staff and members. The gym has a lovely and friendly atmosphere and yoga is now part of my Sunday routine. Definitely worth a visit!

The classes are great too, so much fun! I love the motto at empowered gyms that the mission is to educate; to live a healthy lifestyle and to maintain it. Would recommend this gym to all ladies who are looking for support in achieving their goal in a friendly and great motivational environment.

5 /5 Rach Walls: Amazing gym! Empowered is the first gym where literally anyone can feel at home. there is no typical member here, and it feels as though every members individuality is valued. The whole team here are super friendly and will go above and Beyond to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workouts. Even more special (outside of the staff) is that all the members are friendly too, every time you go in everyone says hello asks how you are etc. This place is honestly a rare diamond, I have achieved changes in my strength here that I haven’t achieved previously in any other gym. Do not be put off by it’s small size - it is the best place for ladies for train! If you’re hesitating you sign up please go for it!! Invest in yourself by signing up here and in a months you’ll be SO glad you did!!

5 /5 S DM: Quite a unique gym, the staff are very approachable. I have witnessed one of the staff spent 15 minutes listening to a lady about her daily troubles. I think it is quite motivating to people to visit for exercise or to connect with people. The gym floor is not very big, but usually there are not a lot of people anyway.
