Over the past six weeks, I’ve seen real improvements in my strength, fitness level, and body shape. Every session felt purposeful and well structured, and I always knew what I was working towards. Neil has been fantastic throughout the programme — he consistently took great care of me during gym sessions, tracked my progress closely, and helped me stay on top of calories, performance, and overall development.
What I appreciated most was how personalised everything felt. Progress wasn’t just guessed; it was measured and reviewed regularly, which kept me motivated and accountable. I feel fitter, stronger, and far more confident in my physical ability, especially when playing tennis.

I’m leaving the programme feeling stronger, fitter, and much better prepared physically for tennis.
