Ruthie Have been using this gym for a few months now and appreciate the hard working staff. Big shout out to Rachael, who is always fun and delightful, her enthusiasm for even the smallest win is motivating whilst she keeps an eye on a smooth running and welcoming gym.

Glen and Rebecca Tovee I attended the mum and baby reformer class which was amazing! It felt so good to do Pilates again post birth and Charlotte was a fantastic instructor, she was great at keeping my baby happy when he fussed whilst remaining focused on me and correcting me as/when needed. Can’t wait for the next class!

Little Orchid Great small classes, some of them are very popular and some are quickly fully booked. However a waiting list is available and one is notified. Simply do what you can and want with modifications given. Personal check-in before the lesson always possible ❤️

Veg Rae This gym is the best. Worth every penny and I highly recommend the Blaze class on a monday morning at 6.15 is Issah Akoh- mensah. This is hands down best class and being a titled Boxer Issah is very motivating. The class is always full because everyone agrees that he motivates us and im happy with my improvement. DL has an atmosphere that makes you want to do well. Thanks DL From a post partum mum
