Emmanuel Siojo This is a decent gym. Lots of equipment to use like machines and free weights, treadmill, rowing and free weights platforms. A really good space to workout and pretty organised. The only probably criticism is the smell from a shower room. Looks like coming from the drain pipes. But apart from that it’s well recommended.

Jessica Milham The best gym in Orpington! Ive been going to the fitness link for 2 years and highly recommend. All the instructors are brilliant, I always enjoy the classes. I also have PT sessions with Lucy and cant rate her enough. Shes really helped improved my overall strength and fitness.

David He I was skeptical about this place due to the reviews. However, as I decided to give it a try, it’s actually not bad at all. Got all the equipments I need, although not necessarily the latest models as you’d have in Virgin Active. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the toilets/ shower room are kept clean so I do enjoy taking a shower there with ease.

Josh Anthony Jamies Gymnastics Academy is simply excellent. The classes provided are great for children of all ages and levels. Id highly recommend.

Jamie Have been training with Jimmy for almost a year now and I don’t have anything negative to say about him or the gym. They are accommodating to all fitness and ability levels and there is a great atmosphere. Fordes is a great place to train and it will help your physical and mental health as well as making you have fun.
