Margaret Tomlin Great place to train with a fabulous and supportive atmosphere. All of the clients are working with a personal trainer so none of the normal groups of people posing in your way. Other trainers and clients are supportive with a great range of styles amongst the trainers. The only gym I have stuck with.

ruha roy Working out with Teena made me change my perspective about excercise. Her classes helped me lose 8 kilos. And now excercise has become part of my daily life. She is very motivating and even when you want to give up she keeps up the spirit.
