Susana Parra I have been doing Yoga with Emma Brown at Yoga Studio Bromley for several and it has been a life changing experience. Emma has been a safe port throughout life, during moments of joy and happiness to moments of grief and pain. I am eternally gratefully that I came across her classes. Emma is an amazing Human Being that lights the Universe like no other.

Puniee L It has been two months since I joined the LEO Club community, and the progress I have made both physically and mentally has been remarkable. My awareness of food choices and portion sizes has improved significantly, and I feel more energised, focused, and in control of my overall wellbeing. I have already shed five kilograms, and I am motivated to continue losing more. Physically, I feel stronger and more active, and I am genuinely enjoying pushing myself through the challenging yet highly effective training sessions.
