Clare Macro Fantastic gym! Ive been here since it opened and absolutely love it! Great equipment, great staff, great classes! I have PT sessions with Charlie twice a week, I love the cardio and the boxing pad work we do and 1 do 3 or 4 classes a week too so its great value for money! Ive lost 28lbs in weight so far and the atmosphere here keeps me coming back! Its so friendly, i knew 2 people before i started here i now know so many people and have made new friends and Impact has a real community spirit. If youre new to a gym and need advice or guidance or want to start a fitness journey come here! Its now my second home!
