Rachel Wood Bounce is a really fun way to get exercise in to your day - 1hr, lots of calories burned, done! I took my boyfriend along and he loved it too! I like the venue, so cool and vintage! And the lights in the room feels like a disco. Tunes are great as well!

Nicky I was a complete beginner to the reformer practice and Nerissa taught me from scratch how to do the exercises in such a patient and precise way that I got a grasp of it fairly quickly. She made so much sense with her vast knowledge of the body and the practice.. all Delivered with a holistic approach designed for me and my lifestyle. She took her time giving me a thorough assessment and designed the exercise programme around my needs. I loved the one to one sessions and the passion that she has for her practice.

Holly Saw I’m currently in full time dance training and joined Sandrine’s over the holidays to help with strength. All the classes were fantastic and they have such a great variety so I could keep mixing it up. I really appreciated how the instructors all took the time to get to know me and pushed me in ways specific to my body. I’ve never felt stronger! Some of them were even ex professional dancers and gave me such an amazing insight. Overall it’s a lovely and welcoming studio with a real sense of community!
