sarah McGain The best PT around He has helped me to tone up and get fitter and stronger. Sessions are enjoyable and varied - no 2 are the same. Giles understands the challenges of training and when personal life often gets in the way and he is always around to offer support during difficult times, and inspire me to keep going. He adapts the training to suit my needs on that day if required. Its been nearly 4 years training and I wouldnt look back! Hes a complete asset to me. I highly recommend always

Anrex Sinnathurai Everyone we encountered was absolutely wonderful, especially the reception staff, who were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The lady in charge of the spa stood out in particular—she was not only highly informative, clearly knowledgeable about all the treatments and facilities, but also exceptionally kind and attentive. She took the time to answer every question, made sure we felt comfortable, and added a personal touch that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, their friendliness and professionalism truly elevated our time there.
