5 /5 Nicolas Mori: Been coming here for just under 2 months now, and couldnt really fault it. The value you get for the price you pay is second to none, and all the staff members are super friendly and personable. Special shout out to Mahrez, Andrew & Anais.

2 /5 Ra bookshop: Good selection of equipment - it would be great to have a couple of assault bikes as well. Classes are not well attended and it makes things awkward when you are the only one there - perhaps there should be a minimum number of people to book on. The ladies toilets - the lock on one stall is broken and the toilet paper holder in the other is also broken. This has been the case for a while, gives an impression that the management just dont care or are not on it. The cleaning roll is very frequently out, it would be lovely if more frequent top-ups were available.

1 /5 Alexandra Shevtsova: This is the worst gym I’ve ever been to in my 15 years of working out. Waterloo station is cleaner and smells better than this gym. It smells horrible, has sticky old dirt laying in the corners, the machines look like they have a layer of dirt on them too. Last two weeks they have no paper roll in the entire gym and no soup in women bathroom. When I approached manager he told me to use my towel (!) or a bit of toilet paper!!! Today the situation was the same, this is irresponsible business as they clearly don’t care about their client’s safety. This is a shame considering that this location is more expensive than their other spots. I miss my Byfleet location and will definitely go back there when all the roadworks are over.
