Rosa brings a unique combination of kindness, clear instruction, attention to detail, and genuine encouragement to every session. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve made incredible progress, including rediscovering how to properly engage my pelvic floor and improving the flexibility of my spine. Jo Buonaguidi When your orthopaedic surgeon tells you “do Pilates” you “ do Pilates” These classes are the only classes I have ever been to that I feel totally safe in the hands of the teachers. My issues are quite significant and ongoing over many years. When I started back in July 24 I was mentally and physically exhausted , putting myself back together seemed unlikely. I absolutely love attending class. The instructors are very attentive and kind , the atmosphere is so friendly . It is absolutely the best thing that I have done in ages. Thank you!

Glenn Lovrich Will is a great personal trainer. He designed a workout especially for me and helped motivate and challenge me. His gym is clean, private, and is so easy to get to! Will has also guided me in creating a healthy and clean eating plan. I have seen great results with Will and look forward to see where the next year will bring me with him as my trainer.
