Theyve attracted an extremely high calibre of trainers who push everyone to achieve their personal fitness goals & deliver real results. I love the look & feel of the studios, theyre super cool & emulate the high end interior of an exclusive hotel!

5 /5 Anna Garratt: I have been coming to the Hiit House since it opened last September and in that time I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my fitness levels and body shape. The instructors are really committed and motivating and I’ve found them excellent at progressing me so i constantly feel challenged. It’s also a lovely environment. The studio decor is very cool and the staff and other members are very friendly.

5 /5 Sam Foster: I have recently had the pleasure of joining The HIIT House. Not only are the facilities, equipment and classes second to none, they also have a wonderful team and community who are all very warm and welcoming. Its an easy 5 stars!

5 /5 Henri Kamerling: Not normally a fan of gyms but this place is totally different. Great range of classes run by people who genuinely seem to love what they are doing. My personal favourite is the boxing with Tanya who is brilliant but would recommend giving any of the lessons a try.

5 /5 Rebecca Hedges: Finally a fitness studio that actually has brilliant trainers and I’ve already seen results in just a couple of weeks..the HIIT Switch is a burner!! A nice environment to train in- no sweat stained matts and the great showering facilities are an added bonus as I commute. Would be nice if they sold coffee/shakes after class as nothing else is open early.
