From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. What really stood out was the quality of advice he gave, everything from proper form and technique. His explanations were always clear and easy to follow, which helped me feel more confident, especially when it came to using weights, something I had previously felt unsure about.The session was challenging but enjoyable. He struck the perfect balance between pushing me out of my comfort zone and keeping things fun and motivating. Thanks to Giles, I now feel far more capable and comfortable in the gym, particularly when it comes to weight training.
