Christine Hinze Its Magic! I cant recommend Janine and Pilates Magic highly enough. Last year I suffered extremely painful muscle spasms in my back, but was lucky enough to find Pilates Magic. The transformation has been miraculous so I owe Janine a big THANK YOU. Shes relaxed but very knowledgable, and the sessions are fun.

He walked me through lots of great options at different price points without ever pushing me to spend beyond my budget, which I really appreciated. Daniel Gifford Just had our Poole gym shut down with 0 notice. Funny how it was shut on the 1st of the month when all Direct debits go out. The number they have supplied to speak to someone is not recognised. Absolute disgrace. My advice to anyone thinking of joining an Anytime fitness, DONT.

Claudia Gough I absolutely love Evolution in East Sheen. From day one I felt so welcomed — the team are genuinely friendly, supportive and always happy to help. The gym has everything you could possibly need, but what makes it really special is the atmosphere. It’s motivating without ever feeling intimidating, and there’s such a nice sense of community here. The trainers are brilliant — knowledgeable, approachable and encouraging. They really take the time to make sure you’re getting the best out of your workouts, whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years. Since joining, I’ve not only seen amazing results in my fitness, but I actually look forward to going. Evolution has become one of the highlights of my week. If you’re looking for a gym in East Sheen that’s welcoming, well-equipped and genuinely uplifting, I can’t recommend Evolution enough!
