Lucy Ellwood I joined BMF as I wanted to to try outdoor fitness classes for the summer. Although I run quite often I am a beginner +++ in terms of strength / weight training. I am absolutely loving the classes, it’s a really friendly group of people and everyone is so focussed on their own workout that no one notices how uncoordinated I am. There’s a real variety of classes to choose from too. The setting is lovely and it’s great to get outdoors, especially in the morning. Francis is really friendly and patient too. I recommend this massively for anyone who intimidated by the gym and wants to get fitter / stronger with a friendly group of people. If you are doubting whether to give it a go, I would recommend doing a month trial. You won’t look back!

Emanuele Giansanti Duncan is an amazing coach! Ive had the pleasure of working directly with coach Duncan in a 1 to 1 gym setting as well as being part of the local cycling club. Hes great with putting you at ease while at the same time pushing you to improve and give your best in any activity. He offers great knowledge and support with any type of exercise, indoors or outdoors. I can only recommend to anyone to join his Putney Bootcamp, you will not regret it!!

Jake B Really decent gym, the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the gym. Its clean inside, all the equipment is in great condition, and two hours free parking at the car park next door. Every machine you need, hydration machines everywhere, CCTV so safe at night and a good vibe overall as well as a fantastic app.

Shepali Sikder This is a beautiful open space hidden behind Latimer Rd, in a very quiet newly built area. The classes are so welcoming and suited to all levels. I’ve taken Pilates and yoga there. Lots of parking around area too. I have also used space to host workshops there myself, any one that’s come to them have loved the space and energy of the whole area.

Will I Elaine’s class is fantastic, she is experienced, explains every step very well, and is super welcoming. She takes the time to support every pupil individually with personal feedback and guidance so everyone can fully participate and progress. Looking forward to the next term!
