5 /5 Nick Eglezos: I have tried gyms quite a few times in the recent past and every time the same thing happens: I lose motivation very quickly and I get bored and give up as I do not see any result.
Someone suggested to me a long ago to try personal training, I was very reluctant after my "bad" experiences, (leave along to do that 1:1!), but I gave in.
There is absolutely no comparison! Having someone by your side explaining you what to do and how to do it and making it work for you makes a huge difference!
I really prefer having someone planning the exercises with me, than me guessing (or choosing the easiest one!)
and the most important thing: I have noticed a difference with only a few sessions, whats best to keep me motivated?!?
