Aaliyah Da Silva What a lovely environment to be in! The team are all so joyful and attentive to whatever your needs may be. Highly recommended doing the Reformer Pilates even as a beginner! I also want to shout out Erica who was incredibly helpful & made me the most delicious protein shake. Will definitely be coming back.

The hammocks make everything feel playful yet challenging, and I always leave class feeling stronger, more flexible, and completely de-stressed. The studio is spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the small class sizes mean I always get personal attention when I need it.
