Jennifer Bishop I met with Sarah after enthusiastically starting a marathon training plan too heavily and injuring my hamstring. She was professional, friendly and very well informed about how to treat my injury, and after only 1 session with her I felt better, and after 3 or 4 was completely injury free. She sent me off with some exercises to do at home, and advised me on what I should cut out of my training plan to avoid injuring myself again. The clinic has easy access to the tube from Notting Hill Gate and based on a quiet mews so good for peace of mind. Professional and totally worth the money- I finished the marathon two weeks ago!

Freya Nicolaou Amazing reformer Pilates class! The instructor was great! The studio is really clean, has a good number of beds (8 I think) and there are mirrors so you can clearly see what you are doing. I would highly recommend this class :)

Abraham Shelly I had a wonderful time at Maverick gym for the ABPU regional qualifiers. I went to support my friend who was competing in it, trained by Coach Ali. It was my first time at a powerlifting competition and the atmosphere was amazing, I met so many awesome people and as a photographer I appreciate the opportunity to capture these moments. It was an energy packed event where everyone was cheering for each other and so supportive.

I went in the shop to try on a few things before ordering them online with a discount code, but the staff were so wonderful I would have felt guilty doing an online purchase instead. My discount code wasnt working properly but I still had the discount applied, and learned about other discount opportunities now that I have a Sweaty Betty account. Havent had such a great shopping experience in a while.
