Louise Smith Wow wow wow this place is amazing. I got the whole spa to myself on 3 separate occasions. And the massage is by far the best I’ve ever had. If you want to treat yourself to something extra special then you should go

Josephine Blakely Seb is a fantastic coach he is able to analyse your movement assess your level and really tailor and adapt sessions to get the best from you. In our first session he taught me how to shift.. i have been boxing for a couple of years and never quite got the mechanics of it. He broke it down and now it feels like a natural movement. Defo levelled up my skillset and gave me more confidence in my capability
