Juney Wilmot What a great gym! I dont think I have ever been a member of a gym with such a lovely feel of community, friendly members and great staff, as soon as you approach them they smile. The gym is clean and I love the added touch of the supplement corner and the Infra Red sauna pod, that is my next try! Im definitely here to stay! I highly recommend this gym!

Katerina Tanti Ankha is a wonderful practice which feels very warm and welcoming. Jag is professional and is great at listening to her patients and paying attention to detail. They also hold really informative events which are really useful and worth going to.

Cecile Dixon I signed up for the F45 two week trail and after the two weeks have decided to become a member. So clearly it is great. The F45 trainers energy and help is amazing. I have not exercised for the last two years and found it really difficult to get into gym again and F45 has me going 6 times a week. Also really love how you can be beginner and advanced in the same class.
