Good Stretch - South Kensington

Rating: 4.8 /5
Anastassia Kuleshova I did my first stretching class in London, in Good Stretch studio in Kensington. I came after work in the office and was very tense. The class definitely helped me to relax. Absolutely loved it! Trainer Ana is very lovely and explains everything in a simple and understandable manner. 10 out of 10, recommend!

The Square Boxing Club -

Rating: 4.9 /5
Jason I first came down to The Square and met Martin 2 months ago, with very little previous boxing training. Even as a beginner, from the second I walked in I was made to feel welcome and part of a team, training alongside other gents and ladies of mixed boxing abilities but all sharing common goals of giving everything we have and pushing ourselves. The atmosphere is very supportive and respectful. Each session is grueling, and there are no easy days, but the sense of achievement is unmatched. The results you can get for yourself are literally limitless. Martin is extremely knowledgeable it’s very clear the many years of dedication and no joke hard work he has put in to have reached his level. He is attentive and always looking out to give each member the corrections and improvements they need. Martin has been able to push me into overcoming my own perceived limits. He is absolutely committed to you getting the most out of each session possible. To this point I cannot thank him enough for his patience, the expertise he has shared and continual encouragement. He believes in each of his members and will be with you all the way. I’m loving training at The Square and without a doubt on my way to being the fittest I have ever been. I would very highly recommend Martin and wish I had joined earlier.

CourtFit Holland Park -

Rating: 4.8 /5
Siyi Zheng I had a fantastic experience with CourFit’s group tennis lesson at Holland Park! The session was really well-organised and fun. Coach Manuel and Seda were both excellent — very friendly, encouraging, and great at giving individual feedback even in a group setting. The drills were dynamic and well-structured, with a perfect balance between technique and match play. It was also a lovely atmosphere — supportive, social, and motivating. Whether you’re looking to improve your strokes or just enjoy playing with others, I’d definitely recommend their group lessons. I’m already looking forward to joining again!

Thai Studio Kensington -

N F Dar was amazing — she instinctively found all my problem areas and worked through them with the perfect balance of pressure, stretches, and clicks. I left feeling completely supple and relaxed. I’ll definitely be returning!

Tim Norman Chloes treatment for my replacement hip has been excellent and I experienced an improvement almost immediately. She is very professional, a great communicator and obviously very knowledgeable. But most importantly she clearly wants to provide the best advice she can and her positive outlook is contagious.

FZ STUDIOS - Personal Training - Earls Court -

Rating: 4.7 /5
Nick Eglezos I have tried gyms quite a few times in the recent past and every time the same thing happens: I lose motivation very quickly and I get bored and give up as I do not see any result. Someone suggested to me a long ago to try personal training, I was very reluctant after my "bad" experiences, (leave along to do that 1:1!), but I gave in. There is absolutely no comparison! Having someone by your side explaining you what to do and how to do it and making it work for you makes a huge difference! I really prefer having someone planning the exercises with me, than me guessing (or choosing the easiest one!) and the most important thing: I have noticed a difference with only a few sessions, whats best to keep me motivated?!?
