3 /5 Tessa Char: Rating three stars due to poor front of house service. I arrived and she looked at me confused as if to say "why are you here". Not a welcoming look. They said their internet was down so couldnt see my appointment even though I had booked well in advance. They asked if I would be okay with a male therapist even though I had booked a specific person based on the reviews. When I was done with the massage, the same lady at the counter didnt even bother looking up from her phone. I stood there for a good 10 seconds waiting for her to look up and she never did so I just left. Poor customer journey. The massage itself turned out to be good - the room was small and like other reviews mention, maybe not the cleanest, but the masseuse knew the right spots and had good pressure. If you want a good massage without the bells and whistles, then go for it.

5 /5 Tony McCluskey: Excellent massage. Aime was firm but gentle and really listened to what i wanted. I have bad shoulders and she didnt over do it which was so nice and she is just such a lovely person. Nancy gave my wife a lovely aromatherapy massage as well. Didnt catch the owners name but had a great chat with her and she was lovely too. Highly recommend this little hidden gem near Kensington Palace… entrance downstairs through the barbers shop so keep that in mind…no its not a dodgy place the council wont ley them put big signs up outside…go here you will be glad you did! 5 stars!!
