Ann K Love love love Emily’s classes. My biggest regret is not discovering her until last year. Emily is an amazing fitness instructor, and the positive energy she radiates is on another level. You come away from all her classes not only feeling fitter but with a definite warm fuzzy feeling :-) In addition, Emily runs these regular optional 6 week challenges (for free). With Emily’s help and support I was able to shed all the weight I’d gained during lockdown.

Georgina Escobedo Tula is a special place, a family run business where you can feel everything is made with love and attention to detail. I have recently completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Tula, and the quality of the teaching has been amazing. I recommend this place to anyone new to yoga or with previous experience.

Josh Anthony Jamies Gymnastics Academy is simply excellent. The classes provided are great for children of all ages and levels. Id highly recommend.

James R Came here as a 12 year old kid. I’ll never forget Bromley & Downham. Gave me confidence as a young boy, met new friends. Couldn’t speak highly enough of this place. It’s been many years but the main coach looks like the same bloke. Really nice guy as I remember. Glad it’s still running.
