Caterine Caterine Welcoming and friendly staff, easy access from the main road. The gym is spread out over 3 floors. Theres a water fountain on the second floor by the vending machines (seems like its the only one so far). Id suggest taking a good tour to find your favorite spots. The ground floor is less crowded in the afternoon compared to the other floors, but all floors are well supervised during office hours. Great start on the opening day, with facilities that seem to accommodate people of all sizes comfortably. Lets see how the next few months go.

Jimmy Nguyen This Place is Amazing 10/10 Its had clean toilets, showers as well clean refillable fresh and cold water for your workouts as well as tissue and hand sanitizer provided in every toilet and even inside the gym itself, overall hygiene is a 10/10 In terms of working out, the equipment are up to standard ,daily repaired as well as working properly, all the equipment there seems to be really looked after and kept maintained and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. It has also been equipped with a outside track including sports such as football and shock put. Overall i personally think that this is a good quality, moneys worth gym as well as a key aspect hygiene.

C hi Lovely gym does not get too busy. Good machines, workout area , weights area and clean. Great location too..they have classes too. Ladies changing room is clean.

Anna Ladd I organised a couple of team events at this F45 studio, and they were fantastic! Danny and the team made the whole booking process effortless, and the classes themselves were energetic, fun, and inclusive. The instructors were enthusiastic and created a really positive atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. It was also great to do a team event that didn’t revolve around the pub — a refreshing and healthy change for us desk workers! I’d definitely recommend this studio for both fitness and team bonding.
