O O Satisfied member since 2020, but feared a change of management might lead to a knock-on replacement of the Physicals community. Whilst the buildings, equipment and cleanliness were in dire condition; Neil, his staff, and the members, had always made Physicals the most sociable and most age-welcoming gym I’d been a member of. So it’s great to see that six months into the new owner’s tenure, things are even better. Existing members listened to, endless new equipment brought in, impressive reconfigurations to ensure gym never shut whilst upgrades were made… cleaner, more varied, more spacious and crucially, just as friendly. Voice The reception area is often busy, and I can understand that the staff may feel stressed due to the high number of people requesting information. I have visited on several occasions and, unfortunately, I have sometimes experienced less-than-friendly interactions from some of the staff. That said, I feel it is important to recognize and appreciate Mrs. Vicky at the reception. She has always been exceptionally friendly, professional, and approachable. I have never seen her stressed, impolite, or in a bad mood. Her positive attitude truly stands out and makes a big difference.
