Service was friendly and very professional. The staff were very experienced which allowed me to be very relaxed about the long journey via ferry. All went well. Thank you.

L B A woman’s gym that’s not overwhelming or too busy. The staff are really kind and easy to talk to. They offer free water bottles if you’ve forgotten yours, I’ve been with them since they’ve opened and have never thought of leaving/changing gyms.

Hoosna Bhaimia Excellent gym, motivating, fun and a good work out. For the ladies its fantastic way to build on your fitness, lose weight, keeping fit and active and meeting new people. I have been to many boxing and circuit type classes, and this is for sure the best!

L B Great gym. They have a wide variety of equipment and there is lots of space to workout. The staff are really nice and helpful.

O O Satisfied member since 2020, but feared a change of management might lead to a knock-on replacement of the Physicals community. Whilst the buildings, equipment and cleanliness were in dire condition; Neil, his staff, and the members, had always made Physicals the most sociable and most age-welcoming gym I’d been a member of. So it’s great to see that six months into the new owner’s tenure, things are even better. Existing members listened to, endless new equipment brought in, impressive reconfigurations to ensure gym never shut whilst upgrades were made… cleaner, more varied, more spacious and crucially, just as friendly.
