Carol Angba I was recovering from a 2nd frozen shoulder when i joined. I had an operation for the 1st frozen shoulder! Now I know that I didnt need the operation - Dennis would have fixed it! I have been able to lift weights that I never expected to lift - thanks for Dennis guidance and patience. I have sweated and ached but I have returned for more! With Dennis guidance, now I know how to exercise when i go to my local gym. Everyone I have met in Studio23 gym has been very friendly. I would definitely recommend Studio23 Gym. Thanks Dennis!

FadmaUmmSafiya Amazing boxing club for children. My 7 year old son started in September. Hes a rather shy and sensitive kid but hes done some muay Thai before. Coach Suli has taken him to a different level. I am really impressed how my son can now move around while boxing when he trains/plays with his dad. It is so important for a boxer to have the right foot movements while keeping your guard up. My son has gained so much confidence, resilience and skills here. I am immensely grateful for the commitment Coach Suli has for his trainees. And the price is affordable for those who have several kids. Wishing success to all the kids and Coach Suli! Thank you!

O O Satisfied member since 2020, but feared a change of management might lead to a knock-on replacement of the Physicals community. Whilst the buildings, equipment and cleanliness were in dire condition; Neil, his staff, and the members, had always made Physicals the most sociable and most age-welcoming gym I’d been a member of. So it’s great to see that six months into the new owner’s tenure, things are even better. Existing members listened to, endless new equipment brought in, impressive reconfigurations to ensure gym never shut whilst upgrades were made… cleaner, more varied, more spacious and crucially, just as friendly. Kirandip Kaur I really enjoy the Sunday Kundalini Yoga class.Jag offers a check in at the beginning of class which helps participants feel welcome. The session itself helps create a deep sense of well-being and harmony on a physical, mental and emotional level. Having a class available on a Sunday helps prepare for the week ahead. The venue is cosy with free parking available which is perfect. I would highly recommend Jags classes.
